• Malaysian citizen
• Age<24
• CGPA > 3.50 in first year of study (1st or 2nd semester)
• Distinction in Mathematics, English & Bahasa Melayu in SPM or its equivalent (O-levels)
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities
• Good written and spoken English and possess positive personality traits

4. FULL TIME course ONLY
5. FOR UNDERGRADUATE COURSE ONLY
6. Institute and programme must be recognized by JPA (Malaysian Public Service Department) and MQA (Malaysian Qualification Agency).
7. All courses must be undertaken and completed in IPTA (Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam)a.k.a. Malaysian Public Universities.
8. Qualified students from Hulu Selangor and Gombak districts in Selangor are encouraged to apply.
